I wonder why you've chosen to use this thread to talk about your opinion
of CS. We were talking about H- supplements. It's not unheard of for
supplements to be practically useless. Brand can make a difference.

Speaking of beer... while the goal for a 15 year old may be to get drunk
(and for this - any beer should do), for somebody else beer can be a
health giving substance (and manufacturing process is important for this
goal). Some beers are known to contain immune stimulating substances
(e.g. beta glucan 1,3).
