  Jeff,

  Congratulations - that is an excellent meter and will help  you make
  good cs.

  The instruction manual should give the information you need,  but if
  not, I found a picture at

  The image  is fuzzy, but it looks like setting the switch  to  the 3
  o'clock position might do it. From the image, that appears to be the
  2mA range. Maybe someone who has one can give a better answer.
