Hi, all, Have you noticed how much space (and subsequently time) is wasted by messages the are formatted with HTML? Consider, for example, a recent message titled "CS>Current Limitation Please check my math". It contains relatively little text, but it takes around 11 kilobytes. It contains more the one copy of the same message it replies to, and a large part of the message is wasted by html tags that specify formatting. Had it been sent in plain text format, it would've taken several times less space. A result of such wasteful approach of composing messages is that mere 175 recent messages take about 900 KB. It makes it difficult and expensive to keep these messages archived.
Please use your best judgment when deciding if you have to use special formatting. Most of the times, plain text is just fine.
