As kombucha is a combination of bacteria CS will kill kombucha. I have tested this many times with both the CS I produce and the kombucha that I produce. You can mix CS with the mushroom extract as the extract (not the tea) is often sold with alcohol added and still has claims of health benefits... So CS added _after extracting_ should offer a dual benefit (Both CS and Kombucha)
