I doubt CS would kill mosquito since it isn't able to kill parasites. I think the size of the mosquito has something to do with it. But you might make it more healthy. :) Peppermint plants repel mosquito's. Something about the smell they don't like. If you decide to grow it. Just plant a few. Believe me it will take over everything. I have it growing wild all around my house. Also makes good tea. Hope this helps. Jay
