In view of the recent increase in commentary traffic relating to this
type protocol, Ed McCabe's release from Federal incarceration, et
al.........this type protocol will, hopefully, receive better press,
than in the immediate past. In any event,
this....particular....allopath has demonstated to be leading his fellows
in adopting newer variations relative to conventional, conservative,
allopathic address----at least for the types of insult referred to.
