If that was true then you could set it up to heat a boiler and drive a steam generator which would charge a battery which would supply the electricity to keep the cell operating and have enough left over to do other things. All you would have to do is initially jump start it. It would be a source of free energy. I was always taught that there ain't no such thing as a free lunch. So I'll believe it after more people have been able to duplicate the experiment.
