Jay I don't think she lied about the removal of vitamins and minerals,
she is probably just misinformed as you have been.
I doubt that most of us ever get so sophisticated about things
that we read on the net that occasionally one or more of us
will get caught up in a fraud. For now just concentrate on
learning how to use your computer, and it's related soft-
ware effectively.
It is difficult to help with your computer problems without
knowing -- what brand of computed, what operating
system, what other programs has been added, - the
more you can explain the better the chance that some
lister will be able to give advice.
