Well Jay, I don't really know - - I have taken acidophilus for
many years, and with only one exception, the capsules were noted as freeze
dried. That one exception was in liquid form --- ugh, I'll never do that
again.
What is more important is when you take it. You want to give it time to
establish itself in the intestine --- so I am putting an interval of about 6
hours from the time I take my daily dose of CS (first thing in the morning)
until I have something to eat at lunch time. I'm hoping that the CS has
moved clear of the upper intestine so the good germs won't be killed.
