I don't know about this water cure of yours, but I do know
about the "salwater flush".  That is 2 level teaspoons of
uniodized salt to 1 quart of water.  The water goes through
the intestines instead of the kidneys and the salt picks up
toxins on the way.  Do this and you WILL make many hurried
trips to the bathroom.  It really cleans you out.

This is pure speculation.  However, since what you are
taking is a smaller concentration of salt, maybe the nausea
and discomfort is because the lower concentration is not
enough to "clean you out"?

I hope y'all won't think this is a stupid question, but
here goes.   I've only been using CS for 2 weeks now, but
several weeks ago I started TRYING The Water Cure (which is
1 teaspoon natural sea salt mixed with 1 gallon of
water).   To be done correctly, you are supposed to drink
half your weight in ounces of water per day (i.e., if you
weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 oz. of the sea salt
water per day).

A few times over the last 2 weeks (since starting the CS) I
have felt pretty nauseous - not enough to actually be sick,
but still uncomfortable.   I was wondering if there is a
danger of drinking the salt water within a certain amount
of time after taking CS (or vice versa) since I've been
reading the dangers of forming silver chloride with CS and
salt.

I know there could be several different possibilites for
this reaction, but I just wanted to be sure that I'm not
causing some kind of toxic reaction in my system from
mixing the two.

Thanks in advance...   Ruth
