The U.S. Navy has a bowel cleansing protocol they put their submarine crews on before deployment... It works very well (I'm told), and the crews rarely have sickness or bowel trouble...
I'll see if I can find out the details, and post them here, as it would be interesting to compare the Navy's version with the Master-Cleanse routine...
