Hooboy, Mike... Jump on this if you haven't tried it yet. Go to any decent drug store and look in the aisle with the other nose spray products. Amongst all the pharmaceuticals you should find one that contains only saline solution. Buy it for the bottle. Dump it, rinse it a couple of times with distille water, fill with your favorite CS, and use frequently and generously. Experiment with tilting your head in various directions to get it to the parts of the sinuses you need it. I like the saline bottle, because you won't have to deal with the residues from the drug versions. Whenever I'm feeling that telltale beginnings of a headache, I use it. Usually it stops it pretty quickly. Be well! Mike D.
