Hi Robb Sorry for the slow reply (I'm now in Thailand, not much Internet here). Well appart from CS and GSE I really don't know anything better. You can try Tea tree oil inhalations. I know it's a strong antiseptic and works in a similar way to GSE. It also cleans up the mucus... try. But please be sure to only use 100% pure oil. Start with 5min inhalations, 2 drops per 1 littre of water. Then increase if nothing happens. It's quite safe - there are instructions on the bottles.
