Hi EIS'ers,

All Electronics 1-800-826-5432, has a pulse width modulator for small motors. 
Input
is   3 to 6 volts. Works fantastic. I have used many. Part #EM-114 and sells for
$3.50. They have neat 1 1/2 v dc motors 2 or $1.00 part #DCM-202
