Hi Mike ~

Is this lemonade made with fresh lemons? Dr. Sandra Cabot advises, in The
Liver Cleansing Diet, that all of her overweight patients lost weight
following her plan (over 1500 people). She believes excess weight is
attributed to a toxic liver.

Enjoy your fast. Haven't done a juice fast in quite awhile, but after the
first 2-3 days, hunger pains go away, skin clears up, and you should feel
great. Temps are too hot where we live (100+ degrees) to fast this time of
year.

If it's cleansing you are looking for, have you tried any of Hulda Clark's
methods? We have found her kidney cleanse and liver cleanse fabulous. Got
over 600 stones out doing her liver cleanse twice. What an eye opener that
was/is, but the proof was in the toilet...

Again, enjoy your fast.
