Hi Dan ~

>From my readings, it is not optimum to do parasite cleanses or fasts when
temperatures are stressful, as it over taxes the immune system and can
actually make you sick. Spring/Fall are the best times for these things
where I live, especially considering we have no air conditioning, so when
it's 115 outside, it's 120 inside, so much of my day is spent outside where
it's cooler, doing physical labor of one kind or another. In my case, I
have mitral valve prolapse, and fasting, plus heat, equals heart
palpitations for me and/or fainting, so this is not a smart option, tho CS
has helped in this area, especially when having dental work done.

We have had numerous people worm their litters of puppies on overly
stressful days (high heat), only to have them come down with parvo 5-7 days
later.

In a controlled temperature environment, fasts and cleanses could be done
easily without ill effect. Neither should be done if you are feeling ill.

juice fast. You will notice that you are not hot at all, and when you start
eating fats (and possibly breads, etc) you will find that you become hot
very quickly.
