Hi Sue ~ Hear you on the 'tired' part...
Rescue remedy would probably help them and you. CS will not interact with the antibiotics. Since you have the antibiotics, you might consider just giving them. Personally, I have greater faith in the homemade CS, plus it's not as nasty tasting to the pups. You might consider giving a few drops up their noses as well and taking a few tsps. yourself to keep you well. You could dose one of the pups with the amoxicillin and use CS for the other...that way you can make your own report on which you prefer. A nebulizer is something you will use for many things, especially if you rescue! Provided they are consuming fluids and not dehydrating, I wouldn't be too concerned about the fact they are not eating, least not for the first 3-5 days. This is their way of trying to detox (which seems a bit overloading at the moment) and fasting is better than overloading their digestive systems with food, taking away energy they need to heal. Pedialyte is good, if they continue to fast themselves, along with the tea recipe I sent. Leaving for the movies, need a break...long day with others sick pups from NM to AZ. Hoping not to overload you, just trying to help and I know sometimes it just seems overwhelming. Hope you can get some good rest. I have a colliod master model 777 universal cs generator for making cs. I have some cs made with distilled water (though not steam distilled). The dogs have been on amoxicillin 50. mg. 2x daily since yesterday. I'm concerned if I give them cs it might interact with the antibiotics - should I do both together or not??? If not, should I stop the antibiotic and start cs? The only homeopathic things I have at my finger tips are: Balancer, Detox, and Vacc Relief (I have these for a psycho pom) and Ignatium and Rescue Remedy. Would any of these be helpful for this sick dog? > I will get the ingredients for the tea recipe tomorrow - thank you for all your input. I will also try and buy a sonic nebulizer if I can find one. > Sue > > > --------------------------------- > Do you Yahoo!? > Yahoo!
