Bill, So is the CS just killing bacteria you get, or do you think it actually strengthens/stimulates your immune system? That is the whole point for my friend: she is on immunosuppressant drugs, and cannot take anything that stimulates the immune system. Killing bacteria/viruses, ok, immune strengthening not ok. (for her) It seems to me that if CS has no direct effect on the immune system, it would be great for someone like her? My evidence on strengthening immune systems is anecdotal, but it says something: I have a very weakened immune system, the result of surfing for 20 years on a California creek mouth surf break later determined to be one of the five most dangerously polluted beaches in the state. (jr: Buccaneer Beach in Oceanside.) I have not been ill, except for occasional food poisoning, ONCE since 1996. It works for me. Bill Missett
