Reid, and all, Doesn't putting a little quantity of H202 (common hydrogen peroxide) in CS "use up" the H202 as it breaks up the silver particles? Anyway, I don't know about the mercury in amalgam fillins, and thankfully, I don't have any amalgam fillings, so I personally don't need to worry about it, but my DH does have them, so I'd like to know if CS with a little peroxide in is safe for him to use.... TIA, paula ----- Original Message ----- From: "Reid Harvey" <[email protected]> > Isn't it the case that H2O2 should not be gargled? Doesn't this errode > the mercury in silver amalgam fillings?
