Hi Linda, My personal reaction to bubbliers is negative. I do not stir my HVAC ARC process, but if yours is not an arc process then mechanical stirring may help.
I would like to know about your HVAC setup. Is it a commercial unit? 1. Are both electrodes in the DW? 2. Is one electrode in the DW and the other slightly above the DW so that a cone of water forms when the power is applied? 3. Are both electrodes slightly above the water so that two cones form? 4. Is one electrode in the DW and the other about 3/8" above the DW so that an arc forms in the air? Please send me two samples, one of the four year old, and a recently made one. I need about 2 ounces. Wash the containers with hot water and NO soap or detergent, rinse with DW and with the CS that you will send for test. This should answer a lot of questions on the list.
