Robb, a GREAT way to have yogurt is to make yourself a smoothie!!! I give my children Coral Calcium Plus or Flora for Life (acidophilus) in a yogurt shake! I hope that you like fruit, strawberry or peach makes a wonderful shake!
But some unflavored yogurt and put a little in the blender along with the fruit (fresh or frozen), sweetener, and some milk. If your fruit is frozen, that will make it nice and slushy. You can also throw in a little kosher ice cream or frozen yogurt. But you want to start out with the yogurt with live bacteria! I like to put the Coral or Flora in first and whirl it with a little juice, then add the rest. Make it to suit your taste . . . just don't add soft drinks or any other kind of junk!!!! Let me know how it turned out!
