I have a Solaray Ultrasonic coolmist humidifier which I use with my home-made CS whenever I get a tightness in my chest.I am in my 80th year now and haven't had to go to the Dr. for ABs' for incipient bronchial Pneumonia since I started to nebulize about five years ago.At first I would have to use it at least three times each winter,now once [about 10 deep inhalations] or twice does it."Miraculous" Harold
