I know people who have gotten bone spurs from taking a calcium supplement
that was not bioavailable, like limestone, etc . . . I have a friend who had
a bone spur and when she took clinical grade coral calcium, it disintegrated
along with her kidney stones. I have another friend who applied an essential
oil blend called RC to his bone spur and that seemed to disintegrate it. I
understand that when we assimilate the minerals we take, we will not get
bone spurs!

It pays to take a high quality mineral blend, and there are several good
ones on the market. Maybe a cheap calcium product is really not cheap
because it has expensive results!

Best wishes to all,
Orpha
