Being an example is a big help to others.
There's no force involved..so..no resistance.
and even a bad example is helpful.

You cannot not help but help.
Your very existance serves everyone.
But, as always, it's them that chooses how.

In way, Hitler was a hero.
He showed us how not to organize a planet..and hopefully...made the lesson stick because he did it so badly, so well, with so much enthusiasm.
Most of all, Hitler made it very clear that leaders must be chosen carefully and/or ignored early on.
His successes made it clear that listeners have the responsibility for their own ears.

Never follow anyone who's not in front of you?

I learned that the harder a finger is pointed, the closer the one doing the pointing should be scrutinized.

1st rule of help:
You can only help someone down their chosen path. Regardless of the
energies you apply, it is always them that chooses where they go.
2nd rule of help:
The harder you push help down a different path, the more resistance it
creates.

A leader is the first one to walk the path.
If he's worried about who's following...he can't see where he's going and
will probably get lost.

Thanks, Ken for writing this! Sums it up for me, I just wish it hadn't taken me 48 years to figure it out... (It's a big job just trying to save myself)
