I just talked to the guy whose phone number is given below.
He told be briefly that this case is about claims for products that are
being sold.
I told him that the information could be separated from the site where the
products are being sold.
He replied, "That is one way to do it".
Sounds like a simple solution. Put the information on a different web
site from the one that sells the products and make no claims there. Beat
them at their own game by simplification, and save all the court hassle.
