  According to Trem's posts, a 20 % drop is reasonable at high current
  density. I  can  see several theoretical and  practical  reasons for
  this, but  I'm not sure there would be as much drop  at  low current
  density.

  But going  from  38  ppm  to 13  ppm  tells  me  there  is something
  seriously wrong with your measurements.

  Until they  are solved, I'm afraid I have little confidence  in your
  data.
