  Robert,

As usual, you garble the truth. The first discussion on polarity
switching started on 18 Jul 1998. Here is the post:

  periodically reversing the electrode polarity
  From: Bill Kingsbury

Has anyone tried periodically reversing the electrode polarity ? I
wonder if this would function to keep the electrodes cleaner, or to
  stir the CS solution ?

Bob Beck's important 'blood electrifier' device also makes CS, and
it reverses electrode polarity 3.9 times per second, using a 7555
chip and a relay. The plans are at:

Has anyone around here built one of these ?

  Thanks.

  Bill

  Nancy,

It may be aurprise but the clear plastic bolles used in the beverage
industry make excellent storage vessels. If the CS is any good the
light wont affect it. Now is you are selling it then maybe the color
variations from lot ot lot may disturb your customers.

So you can't claim credit for the concept of polarity switching.
