I have held it in my mouth for a while during that time. When I got the cold, I starting using a nose sprayerfull of cs every 15 minutes, hoping to avoid the cold going into my lungs. I would also like to stop this from ever happening again. I have the tools, to prevent this I know, just not the knowledge. Thank you much. Debbie
