Walmart has some very cheap ones. They are Equate brand, nasal spray--plain saline. Upright delivers a spray; horizontally a stream; upside down a drop. I think it was only $.87 so can't complain about the price. They were up quite high and sorta hidden though, so you may have to look or even enquire. pj
