For the feet here's what I do. I wrap damp paper towels around the probes,
put a sheet of plastic on the carpet set my feet one on each probe with the
damp towel wrapped around it. The contact seems to be quite good.

An alternative would be to obtain two copper plates of sufficient size to
offer good contact one for each foot. My Zapper has alligator clips at the
probe end so all I would have to do is clip each lead to each of the two
plates and place my feet on them. I think (Per Dr. Clark) I would still use
the damp paper towels to increase the conductivity.

Now all I have to do is find some copper plates.

you could do the following: Get two square plastic bins like you would use
for washing dishes and fill them a couple inches full of warm water. Add
salt, maybe 1 teaspoon each and stir. Put them next to each other at the
foot of your chair and put one foot in each one. Put one electrode from the
zapper in each tub. This will zap from one leg to the other through the
prostate.
