Thank you so much Heather, I will give that a try. Debbie ----- Original Message ----- From: Heather King (LCA) To: sol ; [email protected] Sent: Friday, October 24, 2003 1:27 PM Subject: RE: CS>CS stains on counter tops
I had white laminate countertops in my former home (I know.what was I thinking?) so I was desperate to get rid of the stains before selling the home.the only thing that worked for me was alternating between peroxide (pouring a puddle & letting it sit for hours-overnight, even) and wet baking soda rubbed in by wet fingers. It took about 4-5 alternating tries, but eventually I was successful. I never did find that I could get rid of a stain the first time out. Persistence. One of my bottles leaked and I have a dark brown stain on my grout on my countertop. Any help would be appreciated. Debbie ----- Original Message ----- From: tdg39 messy me has over time spilled small amounts of cs on both white and yellow Formica countertops as well as a few drops on the white facing of the dishwasher door. Have gray stains on them that nothing I have tried removes. Tried peroxide, oxyclean, bleach, soda, dish soap. Anyone had this problem and solved it? Terry
