I know this might be overkill but I want to make sure that the bacteria is completely clear from my system. I'll then go and get tested for the bacteria. My feeling is however that that the CS is/was taking care of any of the bacteria that may have tried to spread up from the urethra/bladder which is the reason that it really didn't get any worse after I spotted it and just stayed localised where the CS couldn't really get at it - I've read that after a short time some sufferers suffer excrutiating pain where the urethra gets closed up and the infection becomes systemic. That really didn't happen to me - I think because of all the CS I was taking - but as i said that's just my theroy.
