FYI regarding CS in milk from a thread several weeks ago... I added approximately 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of CS to about 3/4 of a gallon of milk just before it's expiration date of September 29, 2003.....
I drank the last of that milk tonight... it smelled and tasted just as fresh as milk should before it expires... :-) Just thought y'all would like to know... have a good night all Ruth
