I use 2 to 4 oz orally, swished well, held in the mouth and swallowed after a few minutes, daily. I also spray my eyes a few times a day. My CS is about 10 to 15 ppm. Current plan if to really up my consumption though, as I have Epstein-Barr virus and want to see if it can be cleared. And to get really serious about getting rid of intestinal candida. paula
