I have the Epstein-Barr virus too, and probably have intestinal candida. I
just read over at the Yahoo Stealth-Virus list that Lauricidin works quite
well, at least for some, on Epstein-Barr. I think the Lauricidin penetrates
the lipid envelope of the EB virus. Also, the inventor of Lauricidin, Dr J.
Kabara, wrote to me today saying that he has had positive reports about
Lauricidin working against candida. I think the dose is 2 or 3 scoops per
day. Have you tried this product, or heard of it? I also read that
Bromelain can potentiate the effect of Lauricidin. I should write the good
doctor back and ask him about that.

I use 2 to 4 oz orally, swished well, held in the mouth and
swallowed after a few minutes, daily. I also spray my eyes a few times
a day. My CS is about 10 to 15 ppm.
Current plan if to really up my consumption though, as I have
Epstein-Barr virus and want to see if it can be cleared. And to get
really serious about getting rid of intestinal candida.
