Incredible how way back then all this info was to hand but people have still suffered all that time. My mother would never use aluminium (or plastic) for food. She's 97 now. Ahead of the pack.
Great Book, Back to Eden. Also re previous posts, Dr Jarvis on Cider Vinegar - years ago when my joints got too bad I would give up tea and go on CV and honey, and the pains would go. However, got to the point where I couldn't even bear the smell of the CV. Still have on hand, but couldn't get back into the regular use. Maybe I ended up taking it too strong.
