The Doctor gave me a five page list of foods with the carb counts, and said I could have anything that started with a zero. I have studied Atkins for many years, and have moved on to take on salads and some low carb veggies. It will be a while before I go back to fruit though. Anyone with a sugar craving as strong as mine will fall off the wagon and just pork out on almost anything sweet....
Still looking for other cures. Have a line on some Chinese Herbals. Will keep you posted. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sara Mandal-Joy" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, November 13, 2003 8:09 PM Subject: Re: CS>Diabetes > Eating almost zero carbs for two weeks is NOT doing Atkins.
