The Doctor gave me a five page list of foods with the carb counts, and said
I could have anything that started with a zero.  I have studied Atkins for
many years, and have moved on to take on salads and some low carb veggies.
It will be a while before I go back to fruit though.   Anyone with a sugar
craving as strong as mine will fall off the wagon and just pork out on
almost anything sweet....

Still looking for other cures.   Have a line on some Chinese Herbals.  Will
keep you posted.
