Marshall, I juice several apples a day, seeds and all. I use a champion juicer. I have been wondering if the seeds go through without being broken, would you lose their benefit like you do in flax seed? I have been wondering about this for some time and this conversation about seeds motivated me to inquire. Bob Smith
