Hi Robb, Your body is a portable chemical laboratory--the pasta, refined sugar and carbs are broken down to sugar & fat which your body burns, then stores the excess--meanwhile playing havoc with your Insulin supply and destroying your health.
Please add the good things that you named (followed by . . .NO) and leave off the pasta & potatoes and grains. There are many GOOD things in the remaining food supply for you to enjoy.
