GSE stands for Grapefruit Seed Extract. You can get it at health or vitamin stores. It is a liquid. Very thick. You might want to check the site www.nitriteam.com as they have lots of info. Try not to let the name put you off--this stuff is extremely potent. If you use it as a deodorant, be careful not to get it too strong. Never use it full strength on the skin or anywhere else as far as I know. If you do you will be sorry, and that for a while!! Best wishes pj
