I would not be concerned, Robb. 

First, it's an extremely low volume list with only 60-some members and 
all the posts are forwards from the list owner.

Second, all our words here are basically public domain. They're sent to 
over 450 list members *and* archived on the web. I suppose if our 
comments were being republished for money or personal gain, we might, 
as individuals, have standing to object.

That *is* the point. Consider it a microcosm of the Quackbuster 
mentality. A very *small* microcosm.

No you can't, but the person has as much of a right to promote his/her 
opinions as we do our own.

The good news is, of the few people reading that list, most are 
probably doing so just to keep an eye on its owner.
