Please help us prepare for a presentation to the Attorney General of CT at a state hearing about Lyme disease issues tentatively later in January, 2004. I am collecting concerns and stories from the Lyme disease community to help us prepare, and for hearing and post-hearing use (to share findings, educate others, etc). I have created an online survey as well as a printable document in html format, MS doc and an identical pdf format for people to submit their responses however is best for them. I am primarily focusing on people who live or spend time in Connecticut, but will accept and utilize results from anyone willing to participate. I would encourage individuals to circulate the link and the printed versions as soon as possible so I can organize them for the hearing. I would like as many results before Dec. 31 as possible.
