This guy should have stayed in football. In his third response to the "KAIRE" claims he states that silver nitrate is "caustic" and does kill bacteria. Silver nitrate is made by dissolving silver metal in nitric acid and unless you neutralize it with an excess of hydroxide it remains acidic.
