Your post struck a very resonant chord for me. I think much of what you
say is true about unresolved emotional issues/trumas and seeking
correction only through the diet. You have heal all levels of the
mind-body to feel health and true happiness.

On that note I wanted to say that when I do EFT it is not always
possible to tap so I just visualize tapping. It works for me. I also
"programmed" myself to know how to "run tapping" so all I have to say is
the key words. I prefer to "see" each point but even using these key
words works.
