Hi Bob, I understand your problem. :)
What I do is mark the messages as being read (all at once) when I don't have time to read them. That way I still have an archive on my computer that can be searched when needed. (Of course, all the CS stuff gets sent to a separate mail box/folder by the Agent mail reader I use.)
