In "Keeping The Family Cow" it is mentioned that pasturized milk as
opposed to raw milk, contains an substance that homogenizes the milk but
has the side effect of destroying the enzyme in our bodies that cleans
the plaque off our veins.

Also if it is not organic you are consuming BSE and pesticide residues.
