I nebulized last night for the first time, with CS saturated with MSM, as per the advice given. It was AWFUL. The taste was incredibly bitter and the solution felt thick, although I only removed the top clear part from the mixture. I almost vomited. What did I do wrong? I noticed the solution in the small cup turned milky white while the unit was on. It was also recommended that I use what was left in the mixing bowl together with Gatorade for intenral use. I'm wondering if the Gatorade will mask the god awful taste. How does anyone take MSM in powder form? I'm trying to avoid capsules because I'd have to take so many. I do have a cap maker. Sandy
