I've been hearing about BYU testing CS for years. I don't recall BYU being specific about a single "brand" of CS. I think they tested several 'brands' and concoctions..but not sure. If I were a scientist doing that [and not being paid to be prejudiced], "I" would. My recollection isn't always perfect, but the point is that the letters ASAP could be replaced by CS and the reports would be the same without implying that any given brand was different from any other brand without clearly indicating what the difference was. I might be interesting to find the original report and see if this one is a 'real' report and not a groundlessly exclusionary commercial.
I agree with the conclusions of the report. I'm not sure that the basis of the report as seen below wasn't modified. The link >http://www.csprosystems.com/BYU_Bacteria_Testing.html may provide a clue. It's interesting that CSPRO would be 'plugging' ASAP. The American Biotech "patent" is [by memory] for multiple electodes [more than 1 would be an infringement?] and mechanical stirring...recently revealed by another person on this list who remembers, back when you could look it up, that their system was in fact a few off the shelf CSPRO generators placed in a vat with a stirrer. It is a "design patent" where if one element is changed, so is the design...which is exactly what Am Bio did...and didn't even build from scratch. Way back when, Gateway [If I recall] bought a "patented" IBM PC and back engineered it, changed the way the processor worked a little and opened up the entire PC clone industry..and the early ones were even identical in appearance to IBM PCs. If I were IBM..with a thousand lawyers on retainer, I'd sue! It's very clear what the result was 'if' that happened. Odd little tidbit from CSPRO.... CERTIFICATIONS Inspected and Licensed by the TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (Division of Food and Drug Safety, Lic. No.: 0056429 C). ..means the building passes safety and cleanliness standards TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION COMMISSION (LOC: TNRCC FOD ID No.: F0978 and EPA ID No.: TXR000043075) ...probably means that whatever waste and byproducts produced passes muster for the disposal methods they use. ..neither of which has any relevence at all to the CS or the [interesting] generators they make.
