Greetings Bill, Thank you for your comments. I will certainly measure with a new instrument & let you know the results. Now the distilled (??) water I used ( bought at a pharmacy) with AC has turned the color of strong black tea but is clear with no visible solids. The DC with the 35Amp bridge rectifier was just off white but I think the time of about 11 hours overnight was too long & there were some black pieces , thin & translucent, floating in the water which broke up when the CS was filtered. Silver Oxide??
I had 99.99% silver made into sheets one twelfth of an inch thick of 3" x 2" ( 2 x 75 x 50 mm ). I think you are absolutely right . The meters are useless- out of 6 machines only 2 work.
