I too would be interested in an alternative as I can't take Gatorade due to allergies. I believe Brooks said Ringers solution is very similar to gatorade so I did a search for it but to no avail, wondered if you can make up Ringers solution yourself if you can get hold of the ingredients and of course know the quantities involved, can anyone help with this please?
